A DEFINING EXPERIENCE
WE’RE SHARPENING EARS
During an elf ear operation, the upper part of the outer ear is reshaped into a pointed form – just like you know it from elves, Vulcans, orcs, or hobbits. A portion of the upper ear cartilage is removed and the edges are reshaped. This type of body modification is becoming increasingly popular. The procedure takes about 3–4 hours and is performed under local anesthesia.
TECHNIQUE
There are different methods that can be used for this procedure.
We exclusively use established techniques that are also applied in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
In addition, the procedure is carried out under hygienic conditions that meet the standards of a surgical clinic.
The final shape of the ears depends, of course, on the customer’s wishes but is also significantly influenced by individual anatomy.
What is desired and what is feasible will be clarified in multiple consultations – on site, by phone, and via email.
RISKS
As with any surgical procedure, there is always a risk of bleeding and infection.
To minimize these risks, we use local agents to reduce bleeding, employ specialized suturing techniques, and adhere to the highest possible hygienic standards.
