Hat man f\u00fcr den Ersteinsatz noch eine eingeschr\u00e4nkte Auswahl, so kann man, wenn der Stichkanal vollst\u00e4ndig abgeheilt ist, eine Vielzahl an Schmuck aus verschiedenen Materialien einsetzen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Erstschmuck sollte ausschlie\u00dflich aus Titan oder PTFE bestehen, da deren Nickelgehalt geringer als 0,05% betr\u00e4gt. Kein nickelhaltiger Schmuck als Ersteinsatz!<br \/>\nNickelhaltige Materialien, oberhalb eines bestimmten Grenzwertes, sind generell beim Ersteinsatz von Piercingschmuck verboten.<\/p>\n<p>Laut Gesetz d\u00fcrfen keine Artikel mit mehr als 0,05% Nickel mit offenen Wunden in Kontakt kommen. Artikel, die \u00fcber einen l\u00e4ngeren Zeitraum Kontakt mit der Haut haben, d\u00fcrfen nicht mehr als 0,5\u00b5g Nickel pro cm\u00b2 pro Woche freisetzen. Chirurgenstahl (316L) enth\u00e4lt beispielsweise zwischen 6 &#8211; 13% Nickel und darf deshalb nicht vor der Verheilung des Stichkanals eingesetzt
